With a background in managing properties and running large building projects simultaneously, KSH director Dan is on hand to ensure all accommodation is of the highest quality and meets the strictest standards for our clients. His wealth of experience helps him forge deep, long lasting relationships with organisations in the housing industry and beyond.
He said: “We have recognised a gap to provide essential support and good quality accommodation for those who need it most.
“Far too many vulnerable people are left in housing that is not fit for purpose and short contracts. With little support or proper advice on hand, they can often be trapped in a vicious cycle.
“We believe in supporting these vulnerable people and really giving them the best chance of a brighter future.”

Zofia has a huge range of knowledge and experience covering the charity, care and housing sectors.
With more than six years in the Homeless Care charity management team, she gained valuable insight into supported accommodation, day centre and food bank operations. Other roles within the Origin Group and Sanctuary Housing mean she has developed a huge network of invaluable contacts as well as a deep understanding of what it really means to be homeless and the support they need the most. Zofia is also a trustee at Maidstone Churches Winter Shelter.
She said: “We are creating real opportunities for the homeless and vulnerable and it’s something I’m very proud to be part of.
“To have access to high quality accommodation that would not be available to them otherwise, along with support to give them the opportunity to get out of the homeless cycle for good, is something I’m very passionate about.
“Our goal is to empower the individuals we come into contact with to help them make those essential changes to go on and live truly independent lives.
“I’m also a massive advocate for partnership working, so as an organisation we will also work hard with our amazing partners and together make a difference.”
Our goal is to empower people, while giving them the stability and support they need, so they can go on to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
