Kent Supported Housing work closely with individuals on a one-to-one basis to give them the support and help they need to make pivotal changes in their lives.

Through our large network of partnerships, which include charities, drug and alcohol dependency groups, training centres, housing associations and more, we are able to refer them to specialist services if needed, to follow this support through as far as possible.

We work with our clients on agreed goals, with a detailed support plan put in place to empower them to become more independent in the future. We use Outcomes Star to monitor progress.

With our excellent maintenance service, landlords can rest assured all issues will be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Teams of professional tradesmen are on hand 24 hours a day to fix problems such as a leaky taps, broken windows or blocked drains.

This can prevent anxious moments with tenants, while ensuring houses remain in peak condition.

Our maintenance service is not just here when things go wrong, we can provide regular visits to keep problems at bay and ensure accommodation stays in the best shape possible.
