Kent Supported Housing’s ethos is based around stability and change. We provide support and accommodation to give the homeless and vulnerable stability in their lives, while providing the help and advice needed for them to make positive changes going forward.
Working closely with housing associations across Kent such as Auckland Home Solutions, we only take on high-quality accommodation that pass our stringent checks and tests.
We offer individuals exceptional properties under our portfolio, including high-spec 3-4 bedroom HMOs, on a license of up to two years. These provide the perfect environment for them to develop the skills needed for independent living and offers crucial stability that is normally needed, but often lacking.
From this solid foundation, KSH’s expert staff can provide support to help improve areas of their lives that they may find challenging or are preventing them moving forward.
Whether our clients need support for alcohol or drug dependency, are at risk of re-offending or have learning difficulties, we can provide them with the advice and encouragement they need through a variety of partners we are very proud to work closely with.
We can also then offer training, education, volunteering or job opportunities, helping these individuals to break free from the cycle that may have got them to where they are – and give them the opportunities needed for a fresh start and independent life.
We work closely with housing associations, charities, DWP, local authorities, property developers and private landlords. We are also an associated member of Homeless Link and use In-Form and Outcomes Star – to allow us to understand the impact our work has to help us grow and continually improve the services we provide.
Kent Supported Housing is committed to championing best practice in all that we do and the company strives to provide the highest standards of accommodation and support for the people we work with.
We believe Kent Supported Housing is the stepping stone to a brighter future.
